Superintendent $50M Luxury Condo | Hollywood, FL Exclusive Role On Behalf of Our Client Our client is seeking a Superintendent to oversee the field operations for a $50M luxury condominium project in Hollywood, FL. This is a high-end build requiring meticulous attention to detail and exceptional coordination skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day site management, ensuring all trades work to the highest standards. Monitor schedule, budget, and subcontractor performance. Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance with local codes. Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders. What Youll Need: Proven superintendent experience in luxury condo or high-rise residential projects. Strong knowledge of structural, MEP, and high-end interior finishes. Ability to maintain quality while meeting demanding schedules.
