The role - Superintendent Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities for luxury retail and residential projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for project tracking and client updates Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to bring high-end visions to life Manage quality control and ensure premium finishes and materials are installed to spec Conduct site walk-throughs, inspections, and punch lists with a focus on detail and client satisfaction Foster a professional, respectful, and efficient jobsite culture Qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial construction and 5 as a superintendent.
