Project Manager (Austin)

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from take-off to closeout. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact on your projects. Responsibilities Oversee all stages of project life cycle Manage project budget Provide timely status reports to stakeholders Manage project billings Create and manage submittals, RFI's, MSDS, shops drawings, procurement, budgeting, change orders and forecasting. Provide monthly QC report to stakeholders Utilize project management, accounting, and estimating software(s) to achieve overall project success. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Commercial construction with a preference in Division 7,8,9 on new commercial projects Strong organizational and project management skills Industry knowledge and ability to read civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and RCP construction plans. Detail-oriented Strong Budgeting background Strong verbal and written communication skills Procore, BIM 360, Timberline, Bluebeam, Field Lens, estimating, and accounting software experience.
