About the Role: As a Project Manager , youll lead 6-8 faade restoration projects , focusing on Local Law 11 compliance . Youll be at the heart of preserving NYCs architectural legacy , overseeing crucial inspections and managing projects from start to finish , all while collaborating closely with senior management and clients to deliver exceptional results . Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage multiple faade restoration projects , from planning through to completion . Conduct scaffold and field inspections to ensure compliance with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations. Mentor junior staff and work closely with property owners and contractors to ensure top-tier project execution . Qualifications: 4+ years in architecture or engineering project management , with a strong focus on restoration . FISP experience ; PE or QPSI certification is a plus.
