Title: Senior Program/Project Manager Connectivity Initiatives (Long-Term Contract) Location: Onsite 4 days per week (hybrid model). Contract: Long-term engagement with potential for extension. Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no H1 sponsorship available). We are seeking an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to join a high-impact team delivering complex, cross-functional connectivity initiatives. This role will focus on incremental enhancements in Enterprise Internet and related projects, with opportunities to support discovery phases for high availability and diversity of circuits. The ideal candidate is not just a project manager, but someone who has successfully managed end-to-end product development and rollouts. While direct telecom/cable experience is a plus, it is not required. We value exceptional program management skills, strong executive presence, and the ability to thrive in a highly matrixed environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle, from definition through implementation. Lead large, cross-functional programs consisting of multiple workstreams. Ensure integration of new products or enhancements by managing scope, dependencies, and risk mitigation. Partner across multiple organizations, driving alignment on deliverables and timelines. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and milestone tracking. Facilitate effective communication with executive stakeholders and project teams. Support change management efforts throughout program execution. Deliver regular status reporting, documentation, and budget oversight. What Were Looking For 10+ years of experience in program/project management of large-scale, enterprise-level initiatives. Proven success managing the execution of product rollouts (not product management, but program-level delivery oversight). Strong ability to manage up and operate effectively with executives and senior leadership. Excellent soft skills: confident but collaborative, strong communicator, able to influence and push back thoughtfully. Comfortable in highly matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Ability to learn quickly, ask questions, and adapt to evolving priorities. Experience with MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word. Nice-to-Haves Background in telecom, cable, or connectivity-related projects. Energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience supporting the full development lifecycle of new products or platforms. Third party candidates will not be considered at this time.
