Estimator (Blue Point)

A well-established, self-performing General Contractor is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality work across commercial and public works projects. What Youll Do: Prepare detailed estimates and competitive bids for commercial and public works projects Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates Collaborate with project managers, field staff, and the leadership team to ensure accuracy and alignment with execution strategy Conduct quantity take-offs using Bluebeam and Excel Communicate clearly and effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation for all bids and proposals Support value engineering and alternate solutions when applicable What Were Looking For: 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial and/or public works construction Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel is required Strong understanding of construction documents, scopes of work, and bid procedures Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative team Comfortable working in-office full time, Monday through Friday
