Job Title: Business Development Manager Logistics (3PL) Location: Swedesboro, NJ About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our expanding logistics team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with proven 3PL sales expertise and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will play a key role in driving growth, building strong client relationships, and positioning our company as a trusted supply chain partner. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Prospect, pitch, and onboard new clients to build and expand your Book of Business. Revenue Growth: Identify and develop additional revenue opportunities within existing accounts. CRM & TMS Management: Utilize CRM and TMS systems to track leads, manage client interactions, and optimize order flow. Account Management: Implement client-specific strategies to improve retention, expand services, and drive customer satisfaction. Collaboration: Partner with General Managers and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Process & KPI Improvement: Support initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and performance. Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leading QBRs, business reviews, and contract compliance discussions. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed revenue and volume goals. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of proven success in 3PL sales and customer service. Strong Book of Business with transferable client relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in CRM/TMS systems; comfortable with data-driven reporting. Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience). Ability to travel as needed.
