Plant Manager Ohio Facility Are you a proven manufacturing leader ready to take ownership of safety, quality, and operational excellence ? Were looking for a Plant Manager to lead our Ohio facility and drive performance through a culture of continuous improvement . In this role, youll: Oversee daily production, facilities, and maintenance operations Champion safety & compliance (OSHA, EPA, ISO14001) Drive lean manufacturing and process improvements Lead capital projects for facility upgrades & equipment installs Build and mentor a high-performing production team What Were Looking For: 7+ years in manufacturing leadership (3+ years in Plant/Production Manager role) Strong background in electronics/electrical assembly (PCBA, SMT lines, soldering, testing) Proven experience with lean manufacturing, high-mix/low-volume environments, and capital project management This is a chance to make a direct impact optimizing operations, leading people, and shaping the future of our facility.
