Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects valued at $10M+, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee scheduling, subcontractor management, budgeting, and client communications. Conduct and review estimating activities including cost analysis, take-offs, bids, and proposals to ensure accurate and competitive project pricing. Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and high-net-worth clients to achieve seamless project execution. Provide strong leadership to onsite teams and subcontractors while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. Manage change orders, risk assessment, and problem resolution proactively. Requirements: Proven experience as a Project Manager in luxury residential construction, ideally with projects valued at $10M+. Strong background in estimating and cost management. Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage expectations in a high-pressure, detail-focused environment. Deep knowledge of construction processes, local building codes, and permitting in the Hamptons or surrounding areas.
