Warehouse Manager (Fontana)

Job Title: 3PL Warehouse Manager Location: Fontana, CA Job Type: Full-time About the Role As a 3PL Warehouse Manager at JD Logistics, you will lead the end-to-end operations of our fulfillment center. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, managing high-volume order fulfillment, and ensuring superior service to our clients. You will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, inventory accuracy, labor planning, compliance, and cost control all within a fast-paced, technology-driven warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Design and execute warehouse workflows, optimize layout planning, and establish KPIs to meet performance targets and client SLAs. Team & Resource Management: Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff. Oversee labor planning, shift scheduling, and staffing based on volume trends and business needs. Process Standardization: Implement and refine SOPs to drive consistency, improve quality, reduce errors, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Inventory & Quality Control: Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation, minimize shrinkage, and maintain product quality through robust QC processes. Inbound & Outbound Execution: Supervise the receipt, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring all activities are completed safely and on time. Customer & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact for client operations teams. Address concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Data & Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze operational metrics, generate weekly/monthly performance reports, and develop actionable insights to improve efficiency. Compliance & Safety: Uphold all safety standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion a culture of safety across the warehouse. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field - 5+ years of progressive experience in 3PL or warehouse operations, including team management - Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS/OMS) and operational KPIs - Experience in process design, warehouse planning, and cost control - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills - Ability to analyze data and translate findings into operational improvements - Bilingual in Mandarin is a must Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience with high-volume e-commerce fulfillment - Background in both manual and automated warehouse environments - Familiarity with lean methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
