Thats why we run a split desk youll choose your lane and own it: Option 1: Account Manager (Sales) Build and grow relationships with client companies. Meet with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. Drive new business through cold calls, networking, and meetings. Partner with recruiters to deliver top technical talent. Option 2: Technical Recruiter (Delivery) Source, screen, and interview candidates in hardware/software and IT. Prep candidates to succeed in client interviews. Build long-term relationships with tech professionals. Partner with Account Managers to fill client roles. Two different tracks. One shared mission.
