Facade/Envelope Estimator (Miami)

Seeking a detail-driven Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to lead the faade, envelope, and curtain wall scope on a landmark luxury high-rise project in Miami. This role requires deep technical expertise in exterior systems and the ability to manage all phases of preconstruction from conceptual budgeting to final GMP proposals. Key Responsibilities Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for faade, envelope, and curtain wall packages. Review drawings, specs, and design documents to identify scope, risks, and value-engineering opportunities. Lead subcontractor/vendor outreach, bid leveling, and negotiation processes. Collaborate with design teams, ownership, and project executives to align budgets with project vision. Manage preconstruction schedules, ensuring timely delivery of estimates and proposals. Provide constructability input and technical guidance on complex envelope systems. Qualifications 8+ years of estimating/preconstruction experience, with a strong focus on faade, curtain wall, or specialty envelope systems. Proven track record on high-rise or mega luxury projects. Advanced proficiency with estimating and take-off software. Strong relationships with faade/curtain wall subcontractors and suppliers in the Miami market. Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
