We're looking for someone that can lead $10M+ projects (commercial offices, light-industrial, healthcare, and retail). This is a young, energetic company that has goals to become the best general contractor in Omaha. As a GC with 20 employees, they compete with the biggest contractors in the metro, both local and national. Company Facts: $40M+ backlog $40M+ in revenue this year (goal of doing $100M+ in 3-5 years) 50% ground up, 50% renovations Projects range from $250k - $35M Compensation & Benefits: Salary up to $120k 10-15% bonus (based on self-performance) 401k + 3% contribution Company truck & gas card 75% of medical & vision paid by company 4 weeks of PTO/sick leave Are you a self-starter that doesn't need any handholding?
