Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern Part Time Bilingual (Eng/Mandarin) Work Schedule: minimum of 3 days per week, 9-6pm (can be flexible) Location: Fontana, CA Pay: $24/hr The Talent Acquisition Intern will provide administrative and operational support across core TA functions, gaining hands-on experience in Recruitment practices and systems. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate pursuing a career in Recruitment and/or Human Resources. During the 3-month paid internship, student will work on various day-to-day Recruitment activities and projects that have a measurable impact on our business while being coached and mentored by JD Logistics USA TA Team. This internship in Talent Acquisition is designed to provide the foundation to early career HR professionals, through fast-paced, real world, hands-on Recruitment experience in the following areas: Sourcing (LinkedIn, Indeed, Social Media, etc) Interview Scheduling Onboarding Change Management Projects Workday ATS Administration Job Posting and Brand Creation Employee Referral Program Basic Qualifications: Actively enrolled in a bachelors, master's or MBA degree with a focus in human resources or related field from an accredited institution. Must be bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is a required. Must be geographically flexible to work in the office 2-3 days per week.
