Regional Supervisor (San Antonio)

A well-established real estate firm is seeking a sharp, resourceful Regional Supervisor to join the multifamily team in San Antonio, Texas . Responsibilities: Provide leadership and support to a region of on-site team members Conduct monthly on-site inspections of properties within designated region Consult and mentor on-site managers to analyze specific opportunities for improvement, provide solutions, and monitor outcomes Work diligently with Community Managers in preparation of annual operation budgets Monitor budget control Complete monthly financial review to ensure operational and financial goals are met Monitor property maintenance issues and recommend capital improvements as needed to maintain community market position Qualification and Skills: 2+ years experience as a Regional Supervisor in the Multifamily Industry is required Bachelors degree preferred but not required Proficient in the following programs: Realpage/Onesite, Bluemoon, Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent interpersonal skills - effective verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Compensation/Benefits: Competitive Base Salary Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Life/AD&D Insurance, STD, LTD 401(k) with Matching Generous paid vacation days, sick days, and company-standard holidays Employee Apartment Discount
