The Opportunity As Director of Electrical Operations , you will: Lead and oversee a $30M division focused on industrial electrical projects , including a flagship, multi-year contract delivering services to regional wastewater facilities . Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers, Estimators, and support staff , ensuring operational excellence and high-performing project delivery. Partner with the business development team to drive sales growth , secure repeat clients, and expand market presence. Take full ownership of P&L performance , strategic planning, and organizational growth. This is not just a management role its an opportunity to take the reins of a business unit, grow its impact, and shape its future trajectory . What Were Looking For Proven track record as a Senior Manager or Director within Electrical Construction , preferably with industrial project experience. Strong background leading P&L responsibilities of $20M+ . Experience driving performance across diverse project teams while building client relationships and ensuring profitability.
