Senior Project Manager (Philadelphia)

Title: Sr Project Manager/Estimator Location: Philadelphia, PA Salary Range: $150K-165K Project Types: Commercial/Academic/Healthcare Projects Tiello has partnered with a highly successful General Contractor/Construction Manager in the Philadelphia, PA area on their search for a Sr Project Manager/Estimator with 8-10 years experience in commercial, healthcare, academic and hospitality/retail. Duties & Responsibilities: Collaborate with Preconstruction teams during development of project design and scope of work to identify challenges and propose solutions, providing critical input for project planning and contract documents. Must be able to estimate. Must know the Philly market Understand and implement all project contract and subcontract agreements. Lead and manage the development of project teams internally and externally to ensure project quality, schedule and financial goals are exceeded. Manage project staffing to achieve maximum performance and efficiency to meet project goals. Develop and implement construction project schedule to meet contractual obligations and to match team size and skill Facilitate and improve communications between field staff, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, design teams and office management Provide effective and timely management, reporting and feedback of employee, subcontractor, and vendor performance Manage project budget and provide and analyze financial reporting. Make project adjustments to guarantee project cost control. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar field plus 8-10 years in construction project management with GC or related construction experience preferred Time management, organizational skills and ability to multi- task required Entrepreneurial mindset Understanding of local permit and zoning regulations Experience with Bluebeam and other take- off software Proficient with Excel, Procore and Microsoft Office as well as job costing software Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
