Baker

We're looking for experienced bakers / cakemakers / pastry chefs who are who are motivated to build a career in the food industry. We're hiring for all of the following roles: * Cakemaker ($23-26.75/hr + ~$3-6/hr in tips): bake cakes, prepare buttercream and fillings, decorate simple cakes, begin decorating more complex cakes * Senior Cakemaker ($27-28/hr + ~$3-6/hr in tips): bake, prepare  buttercream and fillings, decorate most complex cakes Butterand structures our team as employees, pays above minimum wage, provides high quality health care, gives employees a piece of the company so they can share the upside, helps you develop your professional and culinary skills with coaching from managers, and offers free lunch every day.
