Industry: Transmission & Distribution (Electric Utility Projects)Were seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead electric power distribution engineering projects from planning through construction. This role is ideal for someone who wants to drive high-impact infrastructure work while building long-term client relationships.Youll oversee modernization and upgrade projects for electric distribution systems including routing, permitting, design, right-of-way acquisition, estimating, procurement, and construction administration. Youll be accountable for project delivery, client satisfaction, and financial performance, while also helping grow our distribution business.What Youll DoManage full lifecycle of distribution engineering projects (concept to closeout)Act as primary point of contact with utility clientsLead budgets, schedules, scope, risk, and financial reportingOversee internal teams and external contractors to ensure quality, safety, and complianceSupport proposals, contract negotiations, and business development effortsMentor and develop junior engineers and project staffWhat Youll BringBachelors degree in engineering, construction, or related field (or equivalent experience)7+ years of experience in electric distribution or T&D projects, including 3+ in project managementStrong understanding of NESC and utility design standardsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsProven ability to deliver complex engineering projects on time and on budgetPE license and/or PMP certification preferredValid drivers license and willingness to travel (~20%)
