Arvato is hiring an HR Project Manager with a creative and analytical mindset who is looking to grow their career in Human Resources! In this role, you work closely with the executive leadership team to manage exciting projects relating to strategic HR initiatives, while also preparing for a leadership role within the company.YOUR TASKSCollaborate with cross-functional teams to lead and manage HR projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budget constraints.Analyze complex HR data sets to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Utilize statistical methods and data modeling techniques to support data-driven decision-makingIdentify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains and document HR processesDesign, build, and maintain interactive HR dashboards in Power BI that visually represent key HR metrics, including employee engagement, turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and training metricsIdentify and implement innovative solutions using modern tools and services to perform ETL (extract, transform and load) on non-standard data sources, enabling the creation of standardized, structured datasetsAssisting in designing and delivering new employee programsAdministrative support, coordinate and present HR management updates and people metricsPrepare for meetings, including creating compelling presentations for internal and external audiencesPresent new concepts to regional or global audiences.Ensure compliance with Federal and State law and adherence to company policies and proceduresYOUR PROFILEBachelors degree in business, human resources, employee relations or similar field is required.
