Shipping Associate

AeroControlex is seeking a high-energy shipping associate to join our team. In this position, you will package and ship a wide variety of product to customers all around the world. This is a full-time position on 1st shift with competitive pay, benefits and regular overtime. Responsibilities: * Follow written and verbal instructions accurately * Use a variety of shipping material such as cardboard boxes, plastic boxes, bubble wrap, instant pak, wrapping, sleeving, etc. * Create new packaging on components for customers as well as outside service vendors * Use a variety of customer portals to create ASNs, shipping labels, and other tracking information * Use PC-based software to enter in data regarding shipments and to receive information from internal and external stakeholders * Create express, ground, and freight shipments with a variety of curriers * Work well independently to complete tasks and follow a schedule * Performs other related duties as required and may be assigned Qualifications: * Ability to work independently * Work overtime as required * Basic computer skills * Tow motor experience is a plus * Previous shipping experience is a plus Education: * HS diploma or equivalent or Tech School Certificate Benefits: * Competitive pay based on experience * Health insurance coverage * Retirement plan options * Paid time off This position requires either a US Person (as defined in applicable export regulations) or a non-US person who is eligible to obtain required export authorization.
