The ideal candidate can handle a case from inception through trial, can manage a strong caseload and is motivated to bring in their own cases as well. Familiarity with necessary and usual legal documents related to litigating a personal injury claim Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Jury trial and arbitration experience Strong negotiating skills Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Initiative to network and grow client base
