I'm working with an American data analytics company, looking to add a Program Manager to support their external facing product! Location: Raleigh, NC - hybrid Contract Duration: 3-6 month contract to hire Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage 36 concurrent projects across SRE and development teams, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Drive accountability at both the team and leadership level, clearing blockers and enabling progress across workstreams. Utilize Agile practices (Kanban/Sprints) without a heavy reliance on daily Scrum ceremonies. Partner with SRE teams for production vetting and technical validation. Integrate AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) into development workflows and support heavy AI adoption across projects. Track and monitor operational costs, identify trends, and communicate budget impacts proactively. Qualifications: 5-7 years of project management experience within an agile environment. Strong background in AI projects, with hands-on experience integrating AI tools into technical or business processes. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Proven track record of monitoring budgets, analyzing cost trends, and ensuring financial accountability. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
