We value autonomy, collaboration, and treating people with respect. About the Role: This hybrid role blends assistant general management with private event coordination across multiple locations. You’ll help lead service and day-to-day operations at South Philadelphia Tap Room and Second District Brewing, while also managing private party bookings, guest communication, and on-site execution for SPTR, ASB, and 2D. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, and experienced in hospitality — ready to step in wherever needed to help make service (and celebrations) seamless. What You’ll Do: Support floor operations and team communication Respond to private party inquiries and guide guests through booking Coordinate food and beverage packages and guest needs Be on-site during events to ensure smooth execution Manage staffing logistics and daily service details Collaborate with chefs and managers across locations Requirements: 5+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant operations, or events FOH supervisory or AGM experience Confident communication and organizational skills Ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple venues Familiarity with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and service flow Preferred: Event coordination experience in restaurants or breweries Knowledge of Philly’s food and beverage scene Experience with booking software or customer tracking systems To Apply: Please send a resume and a short note about why you're a great fit.
