General Purpose   Scheduling of transportation Remain informed of scheduled transportation needs (Dr. appointments, admissions & discharges) Arrange transport with state agencies (TN Carriers & SE Trans) Contact family’s to arrange transportation Schedule van transport Transport patients to and from appointments/admission Understand van operation & safety Wheel patients to and from van for scheduled appointments Understand and be proficient in how to properly secure patients in the van for transport Be able to assist patient care needs as they may arise while transporting Maintain an acceptable driving records Maintain the van in a clean and presentable manner Fuel van as necessary
