Get ready for an exciting new concept from Cocktail Kingdom, the group behind Superbueno, Katana Kitten, Mace and The Cabinet!  We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager who will lead the team actively during service   and  be responsible for   day to day operations. Our ideal candidate is a person who can provide exceptional hospitality to our guests while keeping service moving in a graceful manner.  Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Be present and active on the floor during service Day to day operations i.e. reconciling tip sheets, scheduling, reservations oversight Follow and enforce CKHG Standard Operating Procedures Ensure exceptional guest service and oversee the overall bar experience Greet guests and facilitate seating during service Requirements: A passion for the hospitality industry High-end cocktail bar/restaurant experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years Knowledge of Toast and Resy Strong communication skills TIPs and NYC Health Department Certification
