Position Summary As an LPN at our facility, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include: Administering medications and treatments as orderedAssisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventionsTaking vital signs and monitoring patient conditionsProviding wound care and changing dressingsSupporting documentation and care planningPromoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patientsServing as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment teamYou'll be more than a nurse.
