Job Type Full-time, Part-timeDescriptionWarmly greet Members and Guests and Physical Therapy patients.* Answer phone calls in a friendly, helpful and timely manner* Maintain excellent communication channels between Therapists, Patient/Clients and Main office* Schedule Appointments, Pre-Screen Insurances, Collect co-payments as well as other administrative duties* Respond to Patients concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner.* Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times.* Maintain reception area in a clean and orderly fashion.* Attend all meetings and training sessions as required.* Exhibit awareness of and enthusiasm for all programs offered by Cape Cod Rehab and it's affiliatedFitness facilitiesRequirementsComputer literate, excel, data entry* Medical office or other front desk experience*Cooperative and friendly attitude.Ability to work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with some flexibility for earlier or later shiftsSalary Description $18-22 per hour
