What you'll do… * Oversee the compliance to plant constraints against the manufacturing schedule; create escalation process with cross-functional department leads. * Use real-time data to create and communicate Stamping productions schedules; requires database and document datamining to ensure strategies minimize department controllable downtime and inventory float levels against post stamping processes. * Work with supply-chain and material flow team to analyze future scheduling strategies that best support manufacturing schedule-to-actual capacities. * Oversee the flow of vehicles from ASRS (in-process) staging between the Paint and Final Assembly processes. Identified and communicate all deviations to plant and floor leadership to ensure risk avoidance. * Be the single point of contact for all questions, concerns, continuous improvement topics, specific to the positions Roles and Responsibilities.
