Line Cook

Sally is a neighborhood restaurant in Fitler Square focused on wood fired sourdough pizza and natural wine.  We are seeking a new line cook to join our team.  Current available shifts are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday.  Shifts are regularly 3pm through close.   What you offer: Hardworking and positive attitude Attention to detail A sense of urgency in your work. At least 2 year of experience on a high volume station. Basic proficiency in sauce-making, knife skills, meat-cooking, and time management.
