About Us We are a fast-growing Thai fast casual restaurant brand specializing in dry noodle dishes such as shredded chicken noodle (Mee Gai Cheek). Our mission is to bring authentic flavors and fast, friendly service to our guests while building a passionate team that can scale with us as we grow. Responsibilities Prepare and cook noodle dishes and protein toppings according to recipes and portion standards. Assist with daily prep including chopping vegetables, cooking proteins, and setting up sauce/seasoning stations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, prep areas, and equipment. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Support kitchen leads and team members to ensure smooth service during rush hours. Assist with inventory management, deliveries, and stock rotation. Collaborate with team members to provide consistent, high-quality food to our customers. Requirements Previous kitchen or line cook experience preferred but not required (we provide training). Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn Thai noodle preparation techniques and flavor profiles. Team player with good communication and reliability. Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($19.2–$23/hour based on experience).
