As the Capture Team Manager for Ips, you will apply innovative analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, customer focus, and computer skills. Responsibilities may include:Guide and manage a team of industry experts in efficiently utilizing company resources to grow the sales of medium voltage components, packages and project businessDrive collaboration with sales base to find and develop opportunities in the medium voltage market spaceEngage with OEM's, suppliers and intra-company resources to present high value solutions to our customersCoordinate training opportunities for the continued growth and development of technical capabilities within the Capture Team and wider organizationManage the pipeline of opportunities, maximize efforts to convert orders and maintain the visibility of the development of projectsMitigate risks and provide guidance on acceptable terms and conditionsQualifications and Competencies:BS/BA in Business, Engineering, or Finance, MBA preferred10+ years accomplished experience in Industrial sector sales management and business developmentExcellent strategy development, analytics, and financial acumenStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in change management and project managementExceptional customer centricity and leadership ability to execute and deliver resultsYou'll thrive at IPS if you...* Lead with integrity and prioritize safety.
