Our locations are authorized service centers for major brands, providing comprehensive trucking solutions.OverviewThe Regional Vice President of Operations oversees all dealer operations within the region, aligning activities with TEC's Vision, Mission, and Values to achieve operational excellence. This role collaborates with corporate staff and peers to enhance customer experience and ensure a profitable return for TEC owners. The position requires high ethical standards, sound judgment, and leadership qualities.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze geographic markets to identify opportunities using industry data; stay informed on industry trends and competitors.Focus on defining, measuring, and improving the customer experience across all touchpoints; collaborate to drive continuous improvement.Ensure employees understand and embody TEC's Vision, Mission, and Values; promote employee engagement and brand passion.Align customer interactions with TEC's values, ensuring the brand's integrity is visible through employee and customer experiences.Understand and communicate the profit model for all revenue streams; review operating results monthly with management teams.Participate in annual business planning, set stretch targets, and coach managers on result management.Manage impacts on working capital, including cash and inventory.Maintain branding, facilities, and equipment to meet TEC's premium standards.Create an inspiring environment for employees, modeling excellent customer service behaviors.Control inventory purchasing and monitor flooring limits proactively.Leverage corporate resources for legal, accounting, parts, service, IT, and HR issues.Implement performance management tools, manage succession planning, and facilitate employee development.Evaluate workflows, optimize processes with best practices, and ensure process robustness and redundancy.Ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe work environment in partnership with EHS teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution.10+ years in transportation, with at least 7 years managing teams including managers.Strong collaboration, strategic thinking, influencing, team-building, and relationship skills.Ability to develop strategies, anticipate trends, and identify business opportunities and risks.Advanced problem-solving skills; valid driver's license pensationBase pay range: $267,166 to $347,316.BenefitsComprehensive health, wellness, and retirement benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), insurance, EAP, education assistance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.StatementsEmployment contingent on screenings.
