The Team The A&M Restructuring Tax Services (RTS) team specializes in advising on non-routine tax matters related to bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings, helping distressed companies manage tax issues and optimize tax assets. How You Will Contribute Support advising public and private companies on restructuring tax issues such as CODI, debt modifications, and tax modeling Conduct research on tax and bankruptcy regulations Prepare summaries of financial data and build financial models Engage in client discussions and support business development Qualifications CPA, JD, Masters in Taxation, or LLM Minimum 7 years in M&A tax practice, with 4+ years in restructuring tax Strong communication and analytical skills Proficiency in spreadsheets and managing multiple projects Desire for professional growth and ability to mentor others Your journey at A&M We prioritize your development through continuous learning, benefits, and a supportive culture.
