Role: Senior Learning Experience PartnerLocation: San Francisco Bay Area (On-site required for onboarding and key learning events)Type: Full-timeSalary Range: $148,000 – $166,500 base + equity + benefitsTeam: Learning Experience (LX)Lead Company-Wide Onboarding: Design and continuously improve a scalable onboarding program that boosts early productivity and belonging.Create Strategic Learning Programs: Design and launch 2–3 high-impact learning initiatives annually in partnership with leadership.Consult with Leadership: Advise senior leaders on learning solutions to solve team performance and collaboration challenges.Project Manage Learning Initiatives: Oversee cross-functional learning projects from discovery to delivery, involving multiple stakeholders.Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics and analytics to measure impact, iterate, and report learning effectiveness.Facilitation: Lead high-impact learning sessions, from team workshops to large-scale all-hands and leadership offsites.Build Scalable Systems: Develop templates, playbooks, and resources that make learning repeatable across the novate in L&D: Experiment with tools, methods, and emerging technologies (like AI) to push learning forward.
