This is a Business Partner leadership role which will require expertise across talent and performance management, manager training, learning and development, internal communications, onboarding, employee relations, executive coaching. You'll work closely with a strong People function to define and implement the future People team strategy and support the organization as it scales.ResponsibilitiesConsult with Executives and employees to provide HR guidance and resolve complex issuesLead, coach and develop other People Business Partners. The team will grow as the company expands.Partner with leaders and employees to identify, develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to support the businessProactively lead and enhance Voleon's talent review processesCoach/develop leaders to become great coaches for their peopleFacilitate talent review calibrations with leadership teams across the companyServe as a key resource in developing, administering, and maintaining HR policies/proceduresTrack industry trends and best-practices to continuously improve the People Operations functionRequirements8+ years in PBP role supporting one or more senior leaders3+ years leading/managing other PBP'sExperience in tech or fintech is preferredExperience supporting international teamsDeep knowledge of People programs and practices, including CA employment laws and regulationsExperience supporting, coaching and developing leaders through performance management and employee relations issuesStrong interpersonal skills, including an ability to quickly establish relationships and credibility with leadersDemonstrated business acumen, organizational savvy, judgment and decision makingAbility to be flexible within a growing organization. Able to clearly articulate the case for change and translate business priorities into People programsExcellent communication skills, both written & verbalStrong prioritization and organizational skills with a high degree of professionalismBachelor's degree in human resources/business or related fieldThe base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $215,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits.
