Your role will be crucial in scaling our engineering organization and delivering high-quality products that our customers love.Build and lead high-performing engineering teams focused on Go backend development, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovationDrive technical strategy and architecture decisions while working closely with Product Management to align engineering efforts with business goalsMentor and coach engineers, providing regular feedback and creating opportunities for career growth and skill developmentEstablish and maintain engineering best practices, including code quality standards, testing protocols, and deployment processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of features and maintain high operational standardsParticipate in technical decision-making and contribute to system architecture and designDrive operational excellence through metrics, monitoring, and continuous improvement of development processesActively participate in hiring and growing the engineering teamStrong sense of ownership and accountability for production systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
