Please refer to that announcement for details on open period, eligibility, and how to apply.DutiesAs a Branch Chief Underwriter Team, you will:RequirementsQualificationsYou must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.Specialized Experience: For the GS-14 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:Leading projects responsible for preserving affordable multifamily housing;Interpreting or advising on policies and regulations relating to multi-family mortgage finance programs, either in the loan origination and project development process or by writing policies or procedures for housing/mortgage projects or programs;Managing the multifamily underwriting and credit approval process by coordinating due diligence for lending opportunities, including market analysis, financial analysis, and valuation;Serving in a senior staff position or demonstrating leadership in underwriting of multifamily mortgage loans.Experience may be gained in the public, private, or volunteer sectors. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is prorated.
