We want to give any company the same superpowers that TikTok, Meta and Amazon use to power their personalization.We're based in Brooklyn in New York and backed by top investors like Y-Combinator and executives from Meta, Google and Amazon.Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Head of Solutions Engineering to help customers integrate, build and experiment with machine-learning models using the Shaped Platform.You'll collaborate with a diverse range of customers to solve their ranking challenges. Additionally, you'll contribute to shaping our product roadmaps based on their customer requirements.QualificationsBachelor's in computer science, data science or mathematics related field. Master's degree or PhD will be advantageous.6+ years of industry experience in a software engineering, data science or solutions engineering roleProficient with Python, SQLHave the willingness to wear many hats, be passionate about unblocking issues for customers, and have an excitement for problem-solvingIn-depth knowledge of mathematics, statistics and algorithms.Operate well within fast paced, small teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.ResponsibilitiesBecome an expert at using the Shaped ranking platformExperiment with ranking models for customer's discovery use-casesAnalyze data to identify performance improvements for customers' modelsExperiment with pre-trained image, language, audio and video embedding models that understand our customer's discovery dataBuild strong relationships with customers’ technical teams and leaders to ensure long-term success with ShapedDeliver technical demos to showcase the Shaped’s capabilities to customers.Proactively communicate with customers on timelines, updates and next stepsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
