Type: Full-timeSalary Range (US): $156,000 – $216,000 base + equity + benefitsDiscord serves 200+ million users monthly, primarily gamers. With 1.5 billion hours of gameplay logged monthly, Discord is doubling down on its unique role in gaming and community-building.As a Lifecycle Marketing Lead, you’ll drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization. The role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and engineering—requiring both technical know-how and strategic marketing experience. You’ll own lifecycle campaigns end-to-end via CRM tools (notably Iterable).Own & optimize lifecycle programs across in-app and CRM (Iterable), with agency support.Collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Eng, Data, Brand, Design) to develop and scale acquisition and retention strategies.Build best practices for user engagement through notifications, email, product messaging, etc.Partner with technical teams to advance CRM tooling, attribution, and marketing automation systems.
