Retail District Director

The Retail District Director is responsible for the overall customer experience, success, and achievements of their assigned locations and all stated revenue, financial, and team member development goals. This position partners with General Managers and Location Managers to provide guidance and specific location plans to achieve those goals. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.Base Pay Range$111,501.00/yr - $172,000.00/yrResponsibilities:Oversees daily operations of assigned locations, including sales, customer service, and team performance.Develops and implements plans to achieve sales and performance goals.Recruits, trains, and coaches location managers and team members.Monitors performance metrics and implements improvements.Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.Maintains a safe and positive work municates effectively with leadership and team members.Manages budgets and resources effectively.Handles customer and employee relations matters.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred.10+ years of multi-unit retail management experience, 5+ at the District Director level.Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing teams.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to travel as needed - required.Customer-focused and results-oriented.Proficiency in retail operations and management principles.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionRetail #J-18808-Ljbffr
