You will handle the calendar of the executive and coordinate events, org wide initiatives, and meetings for the broader team. You make it happen and you’re not afraid to be yourself while uplifting those around you.Responsibilities:Proactively and strategically manage the executive’s complex calendar and meeting coordination, travel, and other administrative tasks;Work closely with the Chief of Staff (CoS) to keep them informed of agendas, presentations, and decisions needed prior to meetingsPrepare presentation materials and briefs for team meetings in partnership with CoSProject-manage initiatives and work streams; keeping track of progress, identifying areas for efficiencies, and ensuring timely completion of projectsManage clear communication between stakeholders, identify gaps in visibility and propose solutionsIndependently and proactively provide solutions to issues and escalate if necessaryStay abreast of the leader’s priorities and major projects, serving as a resource for other stakeholders when neededPlan offsites and team eventsProvide peer mentorship and coaching to other Executive Business Partners in the orgBudget and expense managementPartner with Office Operations and IT teams to ensure teams have appropriate resources and optimal set-up for in-person, remote, and hybrid meetingsExperience:6+ years experience as an Executive Assistant for a C-level executiveAbility to anticipate and proactively manage responsibilities and tasksExcellent communication and collaboration skills; demonstrated experience building strong partnerships and managing clear communications across stakeholdersHigh EQ and ability to build solid relationships across all levels of the organizationIncredibly detail-oriented with a creative working styleGreat project management chops“Roll up your sleeves” mentality; can take even the smallest project and run with it to successful completionBrings a growth mindset to the teamPassion for Lyft!Benefits:Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolledMental health benefitsFamily building benefitsChild care and pet benefits401(k) plan to help save for your futureIn addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off18 weeks of paid parental leave. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
