While we focus on the life sciences industry, you will learn business & strategy foundations that can be applied broadly throughout your career.Daily & Monthly ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Content AdvisorProvides sound guidance to project teams and leadership, leveraging strong analytical thinking skills and content knowledgeBegins to develop specific expertise, based on experience, project work, and interestProduct Content & DeliveryFully owns the development & delivery of high quality, rigorously QC’d, and well organized contentManages Operations, Processes, & BD SupportSupervises day-to-day operations, brainstorming with leadership to identify future strategic opportunitiesPeople ManagementSupports the development of 1-5 junior team membersMonitors performance, provides timely & specific feedback, identifies individuals’ needs, and provides coaching & trainingWho You AreA problem-solver who distills complex information into actionable recommendations that effectively addresses the client’s needsAn innovator who identifies opportunities to build upon current work (including novel analytic methodologies, business frameworks, etc.)A navigator of uncertainty who remains adaptable, curious, and open to learningA coach who invests in the growth of team members through trainings and other learning & development activitiesA people leader who creates a climate in which people are engaged and want to do their bestMinimum job requirements6+ years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or other relevant areas within the life sciencesAn advanced degree or educational experience is highly desiredExcellent problem-solving abilities, exceptional communication and quantitative skills, and a team contributorAn interest in and desire to learn about the constantly evolving healthcare industryGood project management, time management, and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional literacy in Excel and PowerPointUnderstand analytics, analytical approaches, and how to interpret and enhance data analytics created by junior staffA willingness or ability to travel as needed (20% on average)Compensation-ManagerYour expected annual compensation for this level for base and bonus is between $198,000 and $215,000. In addition to your base salary and annual bonus, you will also be eligible for profit sharing (based on corporate performance), employer 401k match, and significant performance incentive awards which occur at time of promotion.
