This individual will oversee all financial functions, including FP&A, strategic forecasting, pricing, cohort analysis, and investor communications.Ideal candidates bring a track record of success within high-growth, digitally native, subscription-based DTC brands—especially in the CPG or wellness space. You'll play a critical role in aligning financial strategy with business growth, building a scalable team and infrastructure, and informing decision-making across the company.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processesPartner with the CEO and executive team to drive profitable growth and margin improvementsLead capital allocation, fundraising strategies, and board/investor communicationsSubscription & Cohort AnalysisAnalyze subscription data (LTV, CAC, churn, payback periods, retention curves) to drive insightBuild robust cohort models to inform product, marketing, and lifecycle strategiesPartner cross-functionally with growth and retention teams to optimize unit economicsBusiness Operations & Performance MonitoringDevelop KPI dashboards and internal reporting systems to track performanceConduct channel, SKU, and cohort-level profitability analysesInform pricing, promotional, and bundling strategies with financial rigorTeam & Systems DevelopmentHire, lead, and mentor a lean, high-performing finance teamOversee the implementation and scaling of finance systems, tools, and process automationWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of finance experience, ideally within high-growth DTC, CPG, wellness, or subscription businessesExpertise in subscription dynamics, retention analytics, and cohort modelingExperience operating in founder-led, fast-paced startup environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approachEffective communicator with the ability to present to executive leadership, board members, and investorsDemonstrated experience managing full P&L, cash flow, and capital planningCPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent experience preferredSeniority levelExecutiveEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and SalesIndustriesStaffing and RecruitingThis job posting is active and accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
