This role will oversee comprehensive tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for our high-net-worth clients, including individuals, families, trusts, and closely held businesses. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, ideally within a family office, and a proven track record of managing complex tax situations and building trusted client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the preparation and review of complex federal and state tax returns for HNW individuals, trusts, estates, partnerships, and S-corporations.Develop and implement advanced tax planning strategies, including wealth transfer, charitable giving, and income tax optimization.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing proactive guidance and tailored solutions for their unique financial goals.Oversee compliance with all applicable tax laws, ensuring accuracy, minimizing risks, and identifying opportunities for savings.Collaborate with attorneys, financial advisors, and other external partners to deliver holistic financial and estate planning services.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s in Taxation or JD/LLM preferred.CPA certification required.Minimum of 10 years of experience in HNW tax compliance and planning, with significant experience in a family office setting preferred.Expertise in individual, fiduciary, estate, and partnership taxation.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide professionals.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to building long-term client relationships.For more information regarding this position or other tax opportunities, please reach out to levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting and Investment Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
