BGL’s growing Industrials team focuses on several key areas: Aerospace & Defense, Automotive & Automotive Aftermarket, Building Products, Engineered Equipment, Engineered Materials, Industrial Technology, Industrial Distribution and Metals Processing / Advanced Manufacturing. This opportunity is open to either our Cleveland, OH or Chicago, IL office.ResponsibilitiesSupports senior bankers in transaction execution and client managementPerforms financial analysis and modelingConducts industry research and business due diligenceParticipates in marketing effortsDevelop client presentation materialsQualificationsThree or more years of previous experience in M&A Investment BankingBachelor’s Degree required (majoring in Business, Finance or Accounting)Sell side M&A experience preferredStrong knowledge of accounting and financial modelingProven track record of strong transaction execution including presentations, financial analysis, transaction marketing documents and preparation of other materialsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong work ethic and organization skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlinesWork RequirementsApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
