(in support of all customer companies under contract)DIVISION: MarketingDEPARTMENT:UNIT: n/aBENEFITS PACKAGE: Paid time off; health, dental, and vision insurance reimbursement; professional development support.WORK SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMACCOUNTABLE TO: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)ACCOUNTABLE FOR:Oversight of brand strategy, digital presence, public communications, media campaigns, content production, and marketing services for all affiliated companiesCLASSIFICATION: W-2 employee; full-time hourlyCOMPENSATION RANGE: Ranges between $30.00 per hour to $45.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualificationsANTICIPATED TRAVEL:Up to 10% of the time (interoffice and site-based meetings)SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a member of the executive leadership team and provides strategic direction and oversight for all branding, marketing, and communications efforts across Enterprise Management and its affiliated organizations. The CMO leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for developing and executing brand strategy, digital marketing, content development, public relations, and audience engagement.The CMO ensures alignment of brand voice, mission messaging, and marketing outcomes while increasing visibility, trust, and market reach across sectors. This role also oversees all client-facing marketing services provided through Enterprise Management, as outlined at DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and lead the marketing and communications strategy for the Enterprise Management brand and all affiliated companiesOversee production and dissemination of all internal and external communications including newsletters, press releases, website content, brochures, and social mediaLead brand development efforts, including messaging, visual identity, and consistency across platformsDirect all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, paid advertising, and analytics reportingOversee photography, video production, and multimedia storytelling to support programs, services, and outreachManage all marketing vendors, platforms, and external consultantsSupervise staff in marketing, communications, and creative rolesGuide marketing support for organizational events, program launches, and outreach initiativesTrack performance metrics and prepare reports on engagement, reach, and conversionEnsure compliance with privacy laws, brand standards, and content policiesCollaborate with CHRO, COO, and CEO on internal communications and employee engagementMaintain and improve website content, design, and functionality in coordination with ITProvide branding guidance and marketing resources to contracted companiesEnsure timely and high-quality execution of marketing services rendered to contracted clients through Enterprise Management (see DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Respond to media inquiries and crisis communication needs as necessaryAssist in developing messaging for public statements or executive speechesLead special initiatives or campaigns related to recruitment, fundraising, or program awarenessSupport reputation management and community relations strategiesTroubleshoot urgent content errors or branding inconsistenciesAdvise on market trends, new tools, or evolving best practices in digital communicationsCORPORATE ADVERTISING & MARKETING FOCUSED COMPLIANCE OFFICER DUTIES:Overview:The Corporate Compliance Officer will possess the skills and experience necessary to identify potential issues within Advertising & Marketing. The Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the programs, policies, and practices that ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation standards.The Compliance Officer is expected to remain up to date on laws and regulations that may affect the organization's policies and procedures. This position requires objectivity, independence from other agency departments, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with investigative protocols and formal reporting practices.Accountability:The Corporate Compliance Officer shall be accountable to the CEO and/or Board of Directors.Duties:The chief responsibilities of the Compliance Officer include planning, implementing, and monitoring the Corporate Compliance Program. This position is also responsible for coordinating internal and external compliance audit activities and ensuring consistent communication of expectations and results.The Corporate Compliance Officer will:Oversee and monitor the implementation of the Corporate Compliance ProgramConduct corporate compliance risk assessmentsReport regularly to the CEO and/or Board of Directors on compliance program progress and assist with developing improvement plansPeriodically revise and update the Compliance Program as neededReview and evaluate Standards of Conduct StatementsDevelop and implement a Compliance Training Plan for all staffAssist the CEO with internal compliance review and monitoring activitiesInvestigate complaints and coordinate appropriate action plans with affected departmentsDevelop policies and practices that encourage staff to report suspected fraud or impropriety without fear of retaliationClearly communicate the objectives of the Compliance Program and track accomplishmentsAccess and review records related to compliance monitoring activities and document findingsMaintain a communication log for compliance-related inquiries and reportsCompile reports of calls received, investigations conducted, findings made, recommendations issued, actions taken, and progress achievedEstablish and communicate available reporting procedures and modes (e.g., email, online reporting tools, voice mail, suggestion box)Conduct periodic interviews with internal and external stakeholdersAnalyze program and service utilization patterns for irregularitiesConduct unannounced mock surveys, audits, inspections, and investigations to assess staff readiness and identify areas for corrective actionReevaluate previously identified deficiencies to confirm implementation of improvementsPresent written compliance evaluations and reports to the Compliance Committee, CEO, and/or Board of Directors at least annuallyPHYSICAL DEMANDS:Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerOccasional lifting up to 25 poundsFrequent meetings via video or phone; occasional in-person site visitsWORKING CONDITIONS:On-site onlyOffice-based, with travel between program sites as neededCross-functional collaboration with high-level staff across all departmentsHigh-paced, deadline-driven, and strategically focusedCOMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:Creative strategist with deep understanding of marketing, communications, and brand managementProficient in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, and Meta Business SuiteStrong writing, editing, and storytelling skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and lead cross-functional projectsExcellent interpersonal, supervisory, and vendor management skillsFamiliarity with nonprofit and health/human service sector branding is a plusLEVEL OF EDUCATION / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (required); Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing and communicationsAt least 5 years in a leadership or executive roleExperience managing marketing functions for multi-entity or service-based organizationsDemonstrated success in executing integrated marketing campaigns and digital growth strategies #J-18808-Ljbffr
