This role is responsible for aligning partner operations with the Zones Global Partner Program pillars and for contributing to the maturity and consistency of partner relationships worldwide u00A0 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES u00A0Serve as the primary operational and relationship lead for APAC partners while maintaining global SME-level knowledge of the full Global Partner ProgramSupport and help drive execution of all four pillars of the program:Partner Mapping & Network UnderstandingPartner Selection & RecruitmentRelationship Management & TrainingPerformance Management & ReportingPartner with Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Sales teams to drive alignment and engagement in both tactical and strategic initiativesLead the coordination of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with executive stakeholders and partner leadership, ensuring alignment on KPIs, goals, and accountabilityEnsure accurate and up-to-date documentation of partner data, pricing,u00A0catalogs, and referral trackingMonitor partner health through performance analytics, invoicing follow-ups, and operational feedbacku00A0loops;u00A0drive issue resolution and continuous improvementRepresent APAC perspectives while contributing to global standards, tools, and workflows that support a consistent partner experience worldwideParticipate in strategic planning and feedback sessions with leadership to evolve the partner governance framework and program structureServe as a key point of continuity for internal teams and partners across time zonesu00A0Provide backup and strategic support to Global Partner Program Leads on key projects and governance initiativesu00A0 SUCCESS METRICS: u00A0Increased margins and revenues through global engagementMeasurable growth in Strategic Partner revenue and engagementTimely and effective client onboardingConsistent SLA adherenceStrong feedback from clients and internal teamsu00A0 What you will bring to the team:u00A0 u00A0 u00A0Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Cantonese or Japaneseu00A03+ years of international experience in the IT industry, with a preference for global partner or channel operationsKnowledge and experience with Digital workplace solutionsStrong project management and communication skills, with demonstrated success in a collaborative, cross-functional environmentSubject matter expertise in global programs and governance frameworksExcellent problem-solving, prioritization, and negotiation abilitiesProficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and OutlookAbility to manage partner and stakeholder expectations across departments and multiple time zonesExperience with executive-level reporting and engagement, such as QBRs or business planningDegree in Business, Operations, Technology, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be consideredu00A0 Qualified candidates can expect a salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 u00A0 u00A0 Zones offers a comprehensive Benefits packageWhile weu2019re committed to providing top-tier solutions, weu2019re just as committed to supporting our own team.
