Our T&C team has been privileged to partner with enduring companies such as Databricks, Kaseya, Intapp, Snowflake, DoorDash, and Roblox.We are looking to expand our Private team, active across growth, pre-IPO, and mature (recap/buyout) stages, with an Associate or Senior Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, an entrepreneurial mindset, and deep curiosity about technology and / or consumer business models and trends.ResponsibilitiesAssess Private investment opportunities across tech and consumer subsectorsDrive investment views and inform decisions via due diligence and industry and company analysisOwn and run financial modelling workstreams, including operating model, returns analysis, and valuation analysisPrepare investment memoranda and other internal materials for individual investmentsCollaborate with existing portfolio companies and track relevant industry trends to support management engagement and reinvestment / divestment decisionsRequirements1 to 3 years of relevant experience with a top-tier private equity, investment banking / M&A advisory, management consulting, or public equities firmPrior experience in Tech and / or Consumer verticals highly preferredIntellectual curiosity and willingness to deepen transaction expertise across multiple Private stagesStrong analytical abilities and financial modelling skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial statementsDriven self-starter with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and to work independentlyGood communication, interpersonal & teamwork skillsStrong academic credentials, ideally from finance/accounting/economics/engineering background #J-18808-Ljbffr
