Our corporate social responsibility efforts support our communities, nurture the next generation of engineers, and promote environmental sustainability.ResponsibilitiesAssociate Director, Tax OperationsWe are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Associate Director, Tax Operations to oversee the U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance processes. This role reports to the Director of Tax Reporting and Compliance. This individual will play a key role in managing external service providers, supporting strategic tax planning initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with evolving tax laws and regulations.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee the federal, state, and U.S. international tax compliance processes, including income tax filings, estimated tax payments, and auditsManage the preparation and review of the U.S. tax calculations for quarterly U.S. GAAP tax reporting and income tax complianceManage the preparation of the U.S. tax workpapers, ensuring that workpapers are accurate and organized in preparation for tax auditsRespond to federal and state tax audit inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate documentationDirect the preparation of tax-related journal entries, account reconciliations, and tax-related balance sheet managementPartner with cross-functional teams to analyze the tax impact of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other business transactionsMonitor and interpret changes in U.S. federal, state, and international tax laws, assessing their impact on the business and maintaining complianceEnsure seamless integration of newly acquired entities into U.S. tax reporting and compliance processesSupport intercompany distribution planning, providing guidance on the U.S. tax implications of global cash movementsContribute to long-term tax forecasting, strategic planning, and risk mitigation initiativesConduct ad hoc tax research and support special projects aligned with broader business objectivesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA and/or Master's in Taxation strongly preferredMinimum 10 years of corporate tax experience, preferably within a Big 4 public accounting firm and/or the tax department of a large multinational corporationIn-depth knowledge of U.S. international tax principles and multistate tax complianceDemonstrated experience managing large-scale tax compliance and reporting for multinational corporationsProficiency with tax technology platforms; experience with Thomson Reuters OneSource Income Tax is a plusExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlinesThis position requires on-site presence at least three days per week.Careers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***Keysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
